The third and final wild card of the 2012 Open de Nice Côte d'Azur has been awarded to Gael Monfils.
The 14th player in the world is the fourth French player in the main draw with Gilles Simon, Richard Gasquet and Benoit Paire. Monfils also allows the number of top 25 players in the tournament to rise to 6.
